Kalamalka Lake Provincial Park encompasses 978 hectares of pristine natural beauty.
The area is made up of rolling slopes and forested ridges of Douglas fir, ponderosa pine,
black cottonwood and lodgepole pine.

Paved trails make their way down to beautiful private beaches,
and is filled with informative signs that let you know about the flora and fauna along the trails.

The park also offers over 10 km of trails for hiking and in winter cross-country skiing.
Mountain biking and horses are allowed on designated trails.

There are no camping facilities within the park, however the park offers a variety of day-use activities.

Juniper Bay is the most developed area in the park, this area is wheelchair accessible
and has a children’s playground, picnic tables, toilets, water and a swimming area.

There are additional swimming areas at Jade Bay and Cosens Bay.
The park is located on College Way off of Highway #97, 10 km south of Vernon.

Day-Use Parking Fees
Parking fee of $1.00 / vehicle for the first hour or $3.00 / vehicle / day (including all taxes).

All fees collected are re-invested into all provincial parks and protected areas throughout
British Columbia and not just limited to the fee-collecting parks.
